Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Supervise sales, packing, billing & counter staff
Manage stock levels of sweets, snacks & raw materials
Coordinate with kitchen/production team for timely stock replenishment
Conduct regular inventory checks and update records
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & shop display standards
Handle customer queries and ensure quality service
Monitor sales performance and report daily sales
Ensure all products are fresh, labelled and well-presented
Assist in staff scheduling and task allocation
Requirements:
Experience in retail/store supervision (sweet shop experience is a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle busy hours and multitask
Honest, responsible & customer-friendly
