We are a leading Garment company looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Store Supervisor
who can manage inventory, supervise store operations, and handle computer-based record keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain accurate inventory records using computer/software (Excel/ERP/Tally).
Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain store-related reports for management.
Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and production teams.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in the store area.
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in store/inventory management.
Strong computer skills (MS Excel, ERP, Tally, or similar software).
Good knowledge of stock management and warehouse operations.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to supervise store staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
