Job Description

The Store Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of raw materials, in-process components and finished goods within our manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for overseeing daily store operations and optimizing inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent leadership abilities and a deep understanding of inventory management principles in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the accurate receiving, inspection, storage and issuance of raw materials and components. Implement and maintain robust inventory control procedures, including cycle counts, perpetual inventory, and physical inventory counts. Monitor minimum and maximum inventory levels, identify discrepancies and investigate root causes of variances. Utilize inventory management software (ERP) to track and report on inventory movements. Generate and analyze regular reports on inventory levels, material consumption and discrepancies. Enter data in Tally software and raising Purchase Orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering. 4-5 years of experience preferably in automobile industry. Experience with ERP system and knowledge of Tally software.
