Job Description

Position:

Store Supervisor - Meat & Seafood Retail

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all daily store operations, including stock management, re?ordering, GRN processing, billing and invoicing. Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and wastage control measures. Lead and motivate store team to deliver premium customer service and maximize customer satisfaction. Coordinate effectively with all departments (e.g., procurement, DC, accounts, marketing). Maintain accurate reporting and documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate or 12th-pass (Intermediate) in any stream. Minimum of

2 years' relevant experience

, preferably in meat & seafood or FMCG retail. Strong communication skills in

English and Hindi

. Demonstrated ability to manage stock, control wastage, and follow SOPs diligently. Strong knowledge of Fish, Meat & Seafood category handling. Basic knowledge of MS Office, POS systems, and reporting. Ability to work in cold storage environments when required.
