Responsible for the day to day running of store operations - Responsible for Opening and Closing of store (Adherence to Opening and Closing SOP)
Responsible for Maintaining Store standards - Hygiene, VM displays (adjusting displays that lack order), follow up with support functions to close store concerns
Adhering and driving company policies, Store SOP, and employment standards
Be a role model in cashiering and assist in POS training and provide support to new & existing team members.
Ensuring achievement of sales targets which have been set for the store and categories.
Ensure minimization of shrinkage levels in the store, training the teams on how to handle merchandise and protect stock. .
Managing & resolving customer complaints and queries
Responsible for conducting audit/s for achieving standards in customer service, Till service and housekeeping standards etc.
Assist with maintaining superior product quality by identifying product issues and communicating these to the merchandising team.
Working on adequate learning and development of the team through on job training, VM training, product training etc.
Managing Inward & Outward of stocks and inventory management
Work as part of a team of Sales Advisors always demonstrating that the customer comes first.
Engage the staffs with regular briefing and give feedbacks to Store manager for concluding rewards and recognition.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
