Job Summary:

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring proper inventory management, maintaining store discipline, and delivering efficient customer service while coordinating with staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day store operations and staff activities Ensure proper stock handling, storage, and display Monitor inventory levels, stock inward/outward, and maintain records Ensure billing, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation Maintain cleanliness, safety, and store discipline Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for stock requirements Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs Prepare daily and monthly store reports

Requirements & Skills:

Graduate / 12th pass with relevant store or retail experience Prior experience as Store Supervisor or similar role preferred Knowledge of inventory management and billing systems Strong leadership and team-handling skills Good communication and basic computer knowledge Ability to work independently and responsibly

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
