Position Overview
We are looking for store manager for sales, inventory control, customer service, financial performance and stock handling .
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store activities, ensuring smooth operations, cleanliness, and proper presentation of the store.
stock levels, order products as needed, and ensure inventory accuracy to meet demand and minimize losses. Actively take orders from clients and ensure a seamless ordering process.
Ensure a high standard of customer service, address complaints, and build customer loyalty.
tracking, organizing, and controlling inventory to meet customer demand while minimizing costs
Qualification & Experience
Minimum educational qualification of 12th Pass.
At least 1-2 years of relevant Experience , Ideally within the bathroom and sanitiary Fittings Industry.
Demonstrated Success in a similar sales role, with a consistent track record in meeting sales targets .
Strong Communication , negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-Motivated with a Results-Driven approach .
Requirements
Personal conveyance for daily field visits .
Good knowledge of the Delhi/NCR area.
