Full operational control of the store. Ownership of client handling, product demonstrations, sales conversion, staff training, task execution, and employee discipline. All store responsibilities and daily deliverables flow through this role.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage client interactions and ensure high-quality product demonstrations.
Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
Train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain peak productivity.
Enforce discipline and prevent employee idleness or disorganization.
Allocate, monitor, and close daily tasks with precision.
Maintain operational order, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
Act as the single point of accountability for all in-store functions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of retail or showroom management experience.
Strong sales and client communication skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and enforce accountability.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
Comfortable with high-responsibility, high-visibility roles.
