The Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, ensuring smooth sales processes, and supervising staff. The ideal candidate will ensure the store runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

xefx81xac Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
xefx81xac Supervise and coordinate store staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
xefx81xac Maintain accurate records of stock movements, returns, and damages.
xefx81xac Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to maintain quality and safety standards.
xefx81xac Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline supply chain activities.
xefx81xac Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with records.
xefx81xac Implement and enforce store policies, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards.
xefx81xac Prepare reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and other relevant metrics for management.
xefx81xac Address and resolve any issues related to stock or store operations promptly.
xefx81xac Minimum: Graduate
xefx81xac Strong leadership and communication skills
xefx81xac Attention to detail and good organizational skills
xefx81xac Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
xefx81xac Proficient in basic computer operations and MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
xefx81xac Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems is preferred.
xefx81xac Ability to maintain digital records and generate reports.
xefx81xac 1 to 3 years of experience in store management, inventory control, or related roles.
xefx81xac Experience in supervising store staff and managing day-to-day store operations.
xefx81xac Familiarity with stock handling, record-keeping, and basic procurement processes.

1. Working Days : 6 Days (Any 1 Weekoff with 3 rotational shifts from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM)
