Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible
Store Supervisor
to manage and maintain our inventory. The candidate should ensure accurate stock records, timely data entry, and smooth material handling. Proficiency in Excel, good communication skills in
Kannada
, and a
two-wheeler
for local coordination are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory levels and update stock records regularly.
Ensure all incoming and outgoing materials are recorded properly.
Enter daily stock data in Excel and maintain updated reports.
Monitor material movement and raise alerts for low stock levels.
Coordinate with the production and purchase teams for material requirements.
Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile differences.
Track daily consumption, wastage, and returns.
Receive materials from suppliers and verify quantity/quality as per documents.
Prepare GRN, stock statements, and other required documentation.
Requirements
Prior experience in store/inventory management preferred.
Proficiency in Excel
(must know formulas, data entry, and report preparation).
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow processes.
Kannada speaking is mandatory.
Must have a
two-wheeler
for store-related tasks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to work in a factory environment.
