Required Sr.Store Supervisor (Steel & Iron) for Barjora, Bankura ( Male only with Steel experience)

1. Issue of materials to related department.
2. Maintenance of stock records, stores accounting etc.
3. Maintain store record, min & max stock, critical limit, Ensure adequate levels of store inventory are maintained at all times to prevent stock outs.
4. Filling of Material Requisition Slip with cost.
5. Maintaining physical and computer inventory weekly and monthly.
6. Assist Procurement department in forecasting material requirements.

Experience: Candidate should have minimum 4-5 Years of Experience in Warehouse/Store( Steel & Iron must)

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate /B.Com preferred and min 5 years of experience in Store/material/Inventory Coordination of Engineering/Steel-Iron/manufacturing industry Job location is Barjora and preferred local candidates
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:

Supervise, train, and mentor store associates, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment and achieve performance goals.

Store Operations Management:

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.

Inventory Control and Management:

Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure accurate stock management to minimize waste and maximize sales.

Customer Service Excellence:

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Implement strategies to meet sales targets, including promotional campaigns, product placement, and customer service initiatives.

Compliance and Standards:

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including cash handling, loss prevention, and store appearance standards.

Performance Analysis and Improvement:

Analyze store performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance sales and operational efficiency.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to implement promotional campaigns, manage inventory, and ensure seamless operations.

Staff Scheduling and Management:

Develop and manage store schedules, ensuring adequate staffing to meet customer demand and operational needs.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

Identify and resolve operational challenges, making strategic decisions on product placement, pricing strategies, and addressing customer concerns effectively.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
