Assist them for the purchase of right product.

  • Address customer complaints.
  • Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining them.
  • Ensure store VM is as per standards
Build up brand loyalty
  • Recommend or suggest with valuable feedback to improve the efficiency of the store.
  • Build connect with customer to increase the frequency of customers visit to the store
