Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
Prepare and serve ice creams, desserts, and beverages as per brand standards
Handle billing and cash/card payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
Assist in stock management and daily store operations
Follow opening and closing shift procedures
Requirements:
Graduate preferred (Freshers can apply)
Prior retail or food service experience is an advantage
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (11 AM-8 PM / 3 PM-12 AM)
Energetic, responsible, and customer-focused attitude
