We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to fill two positions within our retail team. One role is for a

Store Sales Executive

, and the other is for a

Store Manager

. Both positions require a strong background in retail sales, excellent customer handling skills, and specific knowledge of interiors/furnishings.

Key Responsibilities

:

Sales & Customer Service:

Greet customers, understand their interior design needs, provide product knowledge on our furnishings and decor items, and guide them through the sales process to achieve sales targets.

Customer Handling:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

Develop expertise in our product range, including materials, styles, and current trends in home furnishings and interiors.

Store Operations Support:

Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the showroom floor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

2-5 years of proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the furnishings, interior design, or luxury goods sector.

Skills:

Strong sales acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in interiors and home decor.

Attitude:

Proactive, customer-focused, and target-oriented with a professional demeanor

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
