Job Title: Store Sales Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in store and team management

Salary Range: ?40,000 - ?55,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Store Sales Manager to take full responsibility for managing the entire store operations, team performance, and customer experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing a retail store, handling high-value product sales, and leading a team toward consistent growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including sales, staff management, and customer service

Drive overall store sales and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets

Manage the store team - hiring, training, assigning targets, and performance monitoring

Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve escalated issues effectively

Maintain visual merchandising standards, inventory levels, and stock movement

Coordinate with accounts, billing, logistics, and head office for smooth operations

Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights

Ensure compliance with store policies, safety standards, and hygiene protocols

Handle premium clientele and assist during high-traffic days or special events

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager or Sales Leader in a retail environment

Proven ability to manage a sales team and deliver targets consistently

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills

Organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking under pressure

Knowledge of POS systems, billing, basic accounting, and stock control

Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English
