We are seeking an experienced

Store Manager

for a leading

international luxury shoe brand

in Delhi. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing premium or luxury footwear retail stores, with a proven track record of driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end store operations for a luxury footwear brand Drive sales targets, KPIs, and profitability Deliver exceptional luxury customer service standards Recruit, train, and manage store staff Maintain visual merchandising and brand guidelines Handle inventory management, stock control, and shrinkage Prepare sales reports and coordinate with senior management Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
Candidate Requirements

Mandatory: Experience with international luxury shoe brands only Minimum 5-8 years of retail experience, with at least 2-3 years as Store Manager Strong knowledge of luxury footwear, fashion trends, and premium clientele Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Well-groomed, professional appearance aligned with luxury standards
