Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Store Sales Executive

to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service to drive in-store sales and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information Demonstrate merchandise features and benefits Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Achieve individual and store sales targets Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store and product displays Handle billing and cash/card transactions accurately Keep track of inventory levels and report stock shortages Assist in visual merchandising and store layout planning Coordinate with the store manager for daily operations Manage customer complaints or queries effectively
