Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing a personalized shopping experience. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products to maximize sales. Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to drive conversions. Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout. Process customer transactions, handle billing, and manage payment methods efficiently. Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment. Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain customer records and build relationships to encourage repeat business. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree

in any field.

Experience:

1-3 years in

retail sales fashion Industry,

background retail fashion .

Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication in

English and Hindi

. Presentable, well-groomed, and confident in interacting with customers. Strong understanding of retail sales techniques and customer behavior. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
