The Jewelry Shop Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, showcasing jewelry collections, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience while achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a polite, professional manner
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewelry designs
Explain product details such as purity, weight, pricing, making charges, and certifications
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately
Maintain product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness and visual appeal
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service
Coordinate with inventory staff for stock availability and updates
Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices
Working Hours:
10 AM to 8.00 PM
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 8th pass / Any graduate
Experience in jewelry sales or retail sales preferred
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Basic knowledge of gold, silver, diamonds, and gemstones
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and festivals
Presentable appearance and positive attitude
Preferred Skills:
Experience in gold, silver, or bridal jewelry sales
Knowledge of hallmarking and certifications
Upselling and cross-selling skills
