Store Sales Executive
to join our team at a leading multinational footwear brand. The role involves assisting customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a superior in-store shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
Drive sales and meet/exceed individual and store targets.
Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
Ensure store displays and merchandise are well-organized and visually appealing.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints professionally.
Support stock management, including replenishment and inventory checks.
Uphold company policies, brand guidelines, and store cleanliness standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in retail sales (footwear or fashion preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales goals.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
