01 Overall management of in-store shopping experience for the brand. 2. Create reports for the management on sales, fast moving items and other generic reports that have the effect of increasing sales potential at the stores. 3. Digital sales and after-sales service through Whatsapp and other electronic modes. 4. Assist the store team in maintaining housekeeping standards set forth by the management. 5. Prompt and responsible communication with customers on delivery timelines, alterations and other pertinent issues. 6. Creative visual merchandising. 7. In-store content creation and styling for customers. 8. Constantly assessing the activity of retail competitors. 9. Coming up with innovative ways to market store and bring people in.
