Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused

Store Sales Executive

to handle in-store sales operations. The role involves attending walk-in customers, understanding their needs, explaining products, and converting inquiries into sales while ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Attend and assist walk-in customers inside the store Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly Convert customer interactions into sales and achieve targets Maintain product displays and overall store presentation Handle billing coordination and basic sales documentation Build strong customer relationships for repeat visits Ensure cleanliness and adherence to store standards
Eligibility & Qualifications

Graduation is

mandatory

(any stream) Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Good communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset Presentable, confident, and professional attitude Comfortable working in a retail and customer-facing environment
Preferred Skills

Prior experience in store sales, retail sales, or showroom sales (preferred, not mandatory) Ability to handle customers professionally Basic understanding of sales processes
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
