I'm Sonia Motwani, Partner at INA Homes LLP--an upcoming bespoke soft furnishings and furniture store in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai.

We are currently looking to hire a full-time Dynamic and customer-focused

Store Sales Executive

with proven ability to drive sales in premium home decor products including

bedsheet sets, cushion covers, curtain fabrics, and upholstery

. Adept at understanding customer needs, presenting suitable product options, and creating personalized shopping experiences that lead to increased sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of

home furnishing products

and fabric quality. Excellent

sales, upselling, and cross-selling techniques

. Effective

communication and interpersonal skills

to build long-term customer relationships. Ability to handle walk-in customers, explain product features, and close sales confidently. Skilled in

visual merchandising

and maintaining attractive store displays. Proficient in managing

billing, stock updates, and customer follow-ups

. Target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with product selection (bedsheets, cushion covers, curtains, upholstery fabrics). Explain product quality, usage, and maintenance to enhance buying decisions. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective selling strategies. Maintain an appealing store presentation to maximize customer engagement. Handle queries, complaints, and after-sales support with professionalism. Work closely with the store team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
