Job Description

Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards. Process transactions using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments. Stock shelves, receive deliveries, and assist in inventory management. Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Promote store loyalty programs or current promotions. ERP software knowledge
