Job Overview:



We are seeking a smart, presentable, and customer-focused In-Store Sales Executive for our

premium optical outlets

. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail or inside sales and be skilled at assisting walk-in clients, understanding their needs, and recommending high-end optical products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist customers in-store with a warm, professional approach. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable optical products (frames, lenses, accessories). Provide product information, explain specifications, and upsell where appropriate. Handle billing and maintain sales records. Maintain the store's visual merchandising and cleanliness standards. Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. Follow up on potential leads and build lasting customer relationships.

Requirements:



Prior experience in retail or inside store sales preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Smart and well-groomed with a professional attitude. Basic knowledge of optical products is a plus. Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively. Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
