Key Responsibilities



Sales & Client Engagement



? Engage with clients and offer personalized jewelry recommendations.

? Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.

? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

? Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and luxury events.

? Provide excellent after-sales service and handle client follow-ups.

Operations & Store Support



? Support daily store operations including billing, invoicing, and order processing.

? Manage stock, inventory, and visual merchandising to meet luxury standards.

? Prepare sales reports and assist with event logistics.

? Handle client communications professionally (calls, WhatsApp, email).

Requirements



? 2-4 years of experience in retail sales or store operations (luxury jewelry/watch/fashionpreferred).

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Passion for fine jewelry and customer service.

? Goal-oriented, organized, and detail-focused.

? Flexible to work weekends and during exhibitions/events.

? Bachelor's degree in Retail, Business, or related field.
