Key Responsibilities



Customer Service



Greet customers and assist them in finding products. Provide product information and recommendations. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.

Stock & Merchandising



Arrange products attractively on shelves. Monitor stock levels and restock items when needed. Assist in inventory counts and stock management.

Store Maintenance



Keep the store clean and well-organized. Ensure proper labeling and pricing of items. Follow company policies and security procedures.

- Ability to convince customers and boost sales.

Customer Service Skills

- Friendly, patient, and helpful attitude.

Communication Skills

- Clear and polite interaction with customers.Ability to talk in English, Hindi , Kannada.

- Handling transactions and giving correct change.

- Balancing multiple tasks efficiently.

Teamwork

- Working well with colleagues to run the store smoothly.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelors / diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Prior retail experience is a plus, but training is often provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,025.88 - ?20,629.15 per month
