Job Description

We are looking for a

Billing and Purchase Entry Staff

to help with our day-to-day office work. The main job is to prepare sales invoices and enter purchase bills into our computer software.

Main Responsibilities



Make sales invoices correctly and on time. Enter purchase bills into the accounting software. Check details like quantity, price, and tax before entering. Keep all records neat and up to date.

Requirements



Basic knowledge of accounts or billing. Ability to use accounting or billing software (Tally/ERP or similar) Basic communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
