Role Overview
We are looking for
enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates
to represent Rosada at Hamleys stores. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with kids and parents, showcasing premium products, and delivering delightful shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a
brand ambassador
for Rosada at Hamleys
Greet customers warmly and assist them in product selection
Explain product features, benefits, and customization options
Perform
in-store product personalization
(training and equipment provided)
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked
Handle billing and operate POS systems efficiently
Support store promotions and product demonstrations
Collect and share customer feedback with the management team
Requirements
Minimum
12th pass
(graduates preferred)
Prior retail sales experience required
, preferably in kids', toys, or lifestyle brands
Good communication skills in
English, Hindi, and local language
Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality
Basic computer knowledge and comfort with billing software
Willingness to work
late hours, weekends, and holidays
