Job Summary:

Join our team as a Store Recruitment Executive, where you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring Rider/Delivery Boys for our assigned stores. This position is critical in ensuring that we have a reliable and skilled workforce to meet our delivery promises and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role. Collaborate with store managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with local community organizations and recruitment partners. Monitor recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve the hiring process. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records of applicants and hiring decisions in the recruitment database.

Requirements:

Excellent networking and communication skills to effectively engage with potential candidates. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and understand their hiring needs. Proficient in using recruitment software and social media for sourcing candidates. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects. Experience in recruitment or a related field is desired but not mandatory. A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for talent acquisition. Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment tools and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail recruitment or within the logistics/delivery sector. Knowledge of local labor market trends and regulations. Proven ability to attract and engage passive candidates. Familiarity with creating and implementing innovative sourcing strategies.
