Responsible for managing store inventory, material procurement, vendor coordination and ensuring timely availability of materials required for real estate / construction sites.
Key Duties:
Maintain stock records of construction materials, tools & consumables.
Handle inward/outward material entries and issue materials to sites.
Identify purchase requirements and raise purchase requests.
Source vendors, compare quotations and negotiate pricing.
Ensure timely delivery of material to site and track stock movement.
Maintain documentation, GRN, bills, and update ERP/Excel.
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma with 2-5 years experience in Real Estate / Construction industry.
Knowledge of construction material, store handling and purchase workflow.
Good negotiation, coordination and record keeping skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
