Store & Purchase In charge



Responsibilities



Manage the warehouse inventory and ensure accurate stock levels. Oversee the receiving and dispatching of goods. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Monitor and control stock movement to prevent shortages and overstocking. Implement and maintain inventory management systems. Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement activities. Conduct regular audits of stock and inventory records. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse. Track stock movement (inward/outward), keep inventory records up to date, and perform regular stock audits. Negotiate pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and contract terms with vendors. Issue and manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods.

Qualifications



Any graduate or bachelor's degree in supply chain management 3-5 years of experience in inventory management and purchasing & Store handling. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
