Job Description

We are looking for Purchase Executive specifically from Hotel / Hospitality Industry Work Experience.

Responsible for sourcing and acquiring goods, services, or materials needed by an organization, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet quality and cost requirements Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers, including contract agreements. Monitor stock levels, place orders as needed, and coordinate with warehouse staff. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses, and monitor spending Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier information, and invoices.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
