Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors for electrical components, materials, and other required items.
Negotiate price, quality, and delivery terms with suppliers.
Prepare and manage purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
Work closely with the store team to maintain optimal stock levels.
Ensure timely delivery and track supplier performance.
Analyze purchase data for cost control and better planning.
Store Management Responsibilities
Oversee store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing of materials (electrical & general).
Conduct periodic stock audits and maintain updated inventory records.
Ensure materials are arranged safely and systematically.
Coordinate with departments for timely distribution of materials.
Prevent stock discrepancies through proper documentation and monitoring.

Qualification
