Job Summary

We are hiring a

Store & Purchase Executive

to manage

Raw Material (RM) & Packing Material (PM) store operations

and

purchase activities

at our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations (RM & PM):

Handle RM & PM receipt, storage, and issue as per

SOP & GMP norms

Maintain

inventory control, stock records, FIFO / FEFO

Prepare and maintain

GRN, issue slips, stock registers, and ERP entries

Coordinate with

QA, Production, and Warehouse

for material movement Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and storage conditions

Purchase Activities:

Purchase

pharma chemicals, plastic granules, and engineering items

Prepare

purchase requisitions and purchase orders

Vendor follow-up for

timely delivery and required documentation

Vendor coordination and basic price negotiation Ensure compliance with company purchase policies

Compliance & Documentation:

Maintain documents as per

GMP and regulatory requirements

Support

internal and external audits

related to store and purchase

Requirements

3-5 years

experience in Store & Purchase (Pharma industry preferred) Strong knowledge of

RM & PM store handling

Experience in

pharma chemicals, plastic granules & engineering purchase

Knowledge of

GMP, SOPs, inventory management

Working knowledge of

ERP / SAP / inventory software

Good communication and coordination skills

Education

Graduate / Diploma (Store, Purchase, or Supply Chain preferred)

Preferred Candidate

Experience in

pharmaceutical manufacturing plant

Immediate or short notice period

preferred Local candidates will be an advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,136.38 - ₹38,838.11 per month
