Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely updates in the system.
Handle purchase requirements, vendor coordination, and follow-ups for timely procurement.
Ensure proper documentation of GRN, invoices, purchase orders, and related records.
Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and prepare purchase requisitions accordingly.
Support audits, compliance checks, and maintain hygiene standards as per industry requirements.
Prepare reports and assist management in cost control and budgeting.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum
5 years of prior experience
in store and purchase functions, preferably in the
FMCG / food industry
.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor management.
Good computer literacy with fast and accurate typing skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Preferred Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Supply Chain / Food Technology preferred).
Candidates with prior experience in the
food industry
will be given added preference.
