Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Promote and demonstrate water purifiers to walk-in customers at the assigned retail outlet.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.

Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Kent RO models.

Maintain visual merchandising and product display as per company guidelines.

Ensure timely stock updates and report inventory status to the supervisor.

Coordinate with the store and Kent backend team for product availability and order processing.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Maintain a clean and professional appearance and behavior at all times.

Provide excellent customer service and handle queries/objections efficiently.

Collect feedback and report customer responses or complaints to the sales manager.

Candidate Profile:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in consumer durables/FMCG retail sales preferred.

Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, Marathi, and basic English).

Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.

Basic understanding of electronics/home appliances preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
