focused on delivering consistent in-store experiences and building a loyal customer base. Our Kokapet store requires structured operations and coordinated planning to ensure smooth daily functioning and customer satisfaction.

This role is central to ensuring smooth daily operations while planning and executing store-based events.

Role Overview

The Store Operations & Events Executive will be responsible for managing daily store operations and planning, coordinating, and executing in-store events and initiatives. This is a hands-on, on-ground role that requires ownership, strong execution, and direct involvement in customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth service flow Coordinate with kitchen and service staff during regular and peak hours Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and brand presentation standards Support opening and closing procedures Monitor basic inventory, supplies, and in-store materials

In-Store Events & Planning

Plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and brand initiatives Coordinate event timelines, staffing, and setup within the store Ensure events align with brand guidelines and operational capacity Track event performance and customer response Maintain event calendars and execution plans

Customer Experience

Engage with customers to ensure a positive in-store experience Handle customer queries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally Promote repeat visits, loyalty programs, and ongoing offers Share customer insights and feedback with the management team

Requirements

Comfortable managing on-ground store operations Strong communication skills (English and local language preferred) Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Willing to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours Interest in retail operations, hospitality, or in-store event management Prior experience in QSR, cafe, retail, or hospitality operations is a plus
