Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Store Operations Manager

with 1-2 years of retail experience to oversee the daily operations of our retail outlet. The ideal candidate will ensure the store runs smoothly, delivers excellent customer service, maintains store standards, and supports the team in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams. Supervise and support store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective handling of customer queries. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented. Assist in achieving sales targets and managing promotional activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures. Prepare and present reports on store performance, inventory, and customer feedback. Handle cash management, including opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 1-2 years of experience in retail store operations or supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with retail software. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
