Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end showroom operations, including sales, staff, inventory, and customer relations
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Monitor stock levels, oversee jewelry inventory, and coordinate with procurement and accounts teams
Ensure compliance with hallmarking, billing, and company policies
Maintain showroom visual merchandising, cleanliness, and display standards
Prepare daily sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis for management
Build long-term customer relationships and promote repeat business
Implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives at the showroom level
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum
3-6 years of relevant experience
as a Showroom Manager or Senior Sales Executive in a jewelry showroom
Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, silver jewelry, pricing, and purity standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills
Proficiency in billing software, inventory systems, and MS Office
Graduate in any discipline (MBA or Retail Management preferred)
