We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Store Operations Executive
to manage day-to-day store operations in our appliances retail outlet. The role involves inventory management, billing coordination, vendor handling, and ensuring smooth store functioning while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Manage inventory, stock inward & outward, and maintain accurate stock records
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of appliances
Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and pricing as per company guidelines
Handle billing, invoicing, and coordination with the accounts team
Monitor sales orders, dispatch, and delivery schedules
Address customer queries and support the sales team with product availability
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall store presentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong operational and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of home appliances and consumer durables
Inventory and stock management expertise
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Customer-focused approach
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Diploma or certification in Retail / Operations will be an added advantage
Experience
1-3 years of experience in store operations, preferably in an appliances or retail store
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
