We operate two state-of-the-art manufacturing units, for Botanical Extracts and Steam Treated Botanical Powders, Herbal Tea, Herbs, Spices, we cater to 40+ countries.

Designation:- Stores Officer.

Profile:-

Assistant all goods inward activities including purchase bills verification, unloading goods, and GRN along with purchase and sales for inward goods and sales orders queries on inventory.




Review shipment instructions for export to check the availability of goods.


Prepare Purchase requisitions post consultation with production and QC for goods to be purchased.


Coordination with purchase team for inward of goods received as per PO.


Ensure the weighbridge slip is issued to the truck driver for FTL


Prepare inward goods labels and sampling intimation slips.


Coordinate Vehicle inspection of inward goods by QC.


Prepare weight slips for every vehicle unloading.


GRN inward for each purchased item.


Report any shortage to the Purchase Department.


Report any packaging damage.


Issue acknowledgment of LR copy to the transporter.


Allocate inward goods against export and domestic orders drive sheet and narration in tally.


Internal Coordinate and execute all Purchase GRN for SFC location on account of JK Botanicals Pvt Ltd


Prepare stock movement in Slip for rack allocation.


Coordinate with SFC for samples and goods transfer for Taloja Factory.


Internal Stock transfer from JK to JK Botanicals Pvt Ltd


Delivery Challan and GRN for all Internal Stock transfers.


Ensure Warai collection for each inward vehicle as applicable.


Stock reservation for certain material as per intimation from the sales team.


Prepare export order sheet in Google Drive and dashboard (Daily basis)


Prepare vehicle checklist of all inward vehicle


Vehicle unload if supervisor on leave or Bulk vehicle for unload


Clear GMP points which is given by QC on the dashboard


Provide samples to the sales team & Purchase team


Prepare inward sheet on a daily (Material-in share in g-drive)


shift the rejection of the product to the vendor and reject - in product till the report comes from the QC department (TAT 15 days).
