Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
Implement and maintain operational procedures and store policies
Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
Financial Management
Manage daily cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and profitability goals.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail, business management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
