Store Officer

Qualification : Any Degree - Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience :

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a stores or warehouse role within a manufacturing environment.

ERP / Stock Control Systems.

1. Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of raw materials, spare parts, and consumables.

2. Verify items against purchase orders, delivery notes, and quality standards.

3. Organize and store materials systematically to facilitate easy retrieval and minimize damage.

4. Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems (SAP).

5. Issue materials to production lines based on material requisitions or job cards.

6. Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering in coordination with procurement.

7. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

8. Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous or sensitive materials.

9. Coordinate with quality control for inspection of incoming and outgoing goods.

10. Maintain records of all stock movements and prepare regular inventory reports.

11. Adhere to safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards within the stores area.

12. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and data.

13. Assist in scrap management and disposal processes as per company policy.

14. Packing and dispatch of finished Goods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
