Position - MIS Executive - Store Officer

Location - IMT Faridabad

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly stock statements. Update stock files in Excel on a regular/day-to-day basis. Monitor stock movement, GRN, inward & outward entries. Coordinate with the store team to ensure accurate physical vs. system stock. Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits. Generate various MIS reports including stock reports, consumption reports, and variance reports. Prepare customized Excel-based reports as required by management. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting, etc.). Good typing speed with accuracy. Knowledge of stock management systems (ERP familiarity is a plus). Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
