Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Receive and verify raw materials upon arrival and ensure timely documentation and entry.

Properly store raw materials in designated areas within the warehouse as per storage norms.

Ensure the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method is followed to manage shelf life and prevent expiry or wastage.

Issue raw materials to production as per the indents, ensuring accurate quantity and batch tracking.

Maintain real-time inventory records and report discrepancies to the store manager.

Organize and label inventory systematically to ensure efficient retrieval and minimal stock losses.

Coordinate with Quality Assurance for clearance and compliance checks before stocking or issuing raw material.

Participate in monthly/quarterly inventory audits and stock reconciliations.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the warehouse as per SOPs and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse/store operations, preferably in a cosmetic, pharma, or FMCG manufacturing setup.

Strong knowledge of raw material handling and inventory management systems.

Familiarity with shelf-life tracking, the FIFO method, and stock rotation principles.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) is a plus.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Graduate in any discipline. A diploma or certification in warehouse management/inventory control will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
