We are looking for a Store Officer who will oversee the Daily Stock Transaction of our Transmission and Substation Sites and had
at least 1 years.
Responsibilities:
Must stay at the project site, including remote or rural areas.
Prepare and maintain detailed records of stock transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials for project sites.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Arrange transportation for materials to project sites, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
Ensure all documentation is compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Inspect incoming materials for quality and conformity to specifications.
Address any issues with defective or substandard materials promptly with suppliers.
Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to forecast material needs and plan stock accordingly.
Ensure materials are available on-site as per project schedules to avoid delays.
Provide support to project teams with any inventory-related issues or queries.
Qualifications:
Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Commerce or Related Field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in Inventory Management.
Strong Organizational and Multitasking Abilities.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Proficiency in Inventory Management Software and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
