Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible

Store Officer

to manage our main site store operations. The ideal candidate will oversee material and tool handling, maintain accurate inventory records, and coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the site store, ensuring smooth material flow. Receive, verify, and properly store materials, tools, and equipment. Issue materials based on approved indent requests. Maintain accurate stock records via registers or inventory management software. Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies. Monitor material consumption and support timely replenishment. Coordinate with procurement teams, suppliers, and site staff regarding deliveries and logistics. Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage as per safety and quality standards. Keep the store clean, organized, and secure. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Commerce). 1-3 years of experience in store or inventory management (construction industry preferred). Strong knowledge of material handling and construction-related inventory. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel or inventory software. Strong documentation and record-keeping skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment.
