Job Description

1. Store Operations & Management



Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards. Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed. Implement safety and security measures to protect merchandise and staff.

2. Sales & Customer Service



Drive sales by ensuring excellent customer service. Monitor and analyze sales performance, setting targets for employees. Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and customer retention. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

3. Inventory & Stock Management



Ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stock shortages or excess inventory. Conduct regular inventory checks and prevent losses due to theft or damage. Coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking of popular items. Manage the store's inventory system efficiently.

4. Staff Management & Training



Hire, train, and manage store employees. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback. Schedule shifts and ensure proper staffing levels during peak hours. Motivate and develop employees to enhance productivity and customer service.

5. Visual Merchandising



Ensure proper product placement and attractive store displays. Follow brand guidelines for visual merchandising. Organize seasonal and promotional displays to attract customers.

6. Financial & Budget Management



Monitor daily sales reports and track revenue performance. Control store expenses and work within budget constraints. Ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation procedures. Implement strategies to boost profitability and minimize losses.

7. Marketing & Promotions



Plan and execute in-store promotions and discounts. Collaborate with marketing teams to increase brand awareness. Engage in local store marketing initiatives to drive traffic.

8. Compliance & Legal Requirements



Ensure compliance with labor laws and store policies. Maintain accurate employee and store records. Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
