Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate employees; foster a positive environment and resolve conflicts.

Sales & Profitability

: Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, analyze sales data, and drive revenue growth.

Customer Service

: Ensure excellent service, handle complaints professionally, and build customer loyalty.

Inventory Management

: Monitor stock levels, order merchandise, manage stocktaking, and minimize losses.

Operations & Compliance

: Maintain store appearance, manage budgets, ensure health/safety compliance, and handle administrative tasks.

Merchandising

: Arrange displays, implement promotional materials, and coordinate with marketing.
Core Skills Needed:Leadership & Motivation, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Problem-Solving, Financial Acumen, and Organizational Skills. Typical Duties (Summarized):

Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets. Manage budgets and financial reporting. Oversee daily store opening/closing and operations. Handle customer inquiries, issues, and feedback. Ensure stock levels meet demand. Implement marketing and visual display plans. Maintain store security and operational standards.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
